The Young Hearts Foundation was honored to be a winner of Southwest Airlines' "One Million Acts of Kindness - One Million Dollars of Thanks" contest. We have been gifting the awarded travel passes to seriously ill patients who would benefit from a visit from a loved one. After all, sometimes the best medicine is having loved ones nearby.

Recent Highlights

The Young Hearts Foundation was honored to be a winner of Southwest Airlines' "One Million Acts of Kindness - One Million Dollars of Thanks" contest. We have been gifting the awarded travel passes to seriously ill patients who would benefit from a visit from a loved one. After all, sometimes the best medicine is having loved ones nearby.

The Young Hearts Foundation donated over $12,000 of furnishings to our local, newly renovated, Ronald McDonald House.

The WT Woodson High School Young Hearts Club provided supplies to establish a teen-focused activities corner at a local pediatric cancer clinic.

The Young Hearts have supported over 25 (and counting!) health-related causes through fundraisers and other initiatives.

In October 2022, the Young Hearts team reached a cumulative $1 MILLION raised

for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual Light The Night event!
